Robert Martz

Robert Martz is a Professional Engineer in Virginia with 30 years of experience in public utilities. His experience includes the operations, planning, design, and construction of: sanitary sewer pump stations, gravity and pressure mains; along with potable and reclaimed water mains; and coordinated the development of a Regional Hydraulic Model as part of a Consent Decree with the US EPA and 14 jurisdictions. He also leads HRSD’s climate change planning study that is evaluating the impacts of increased rainfall and sea level rise on all HRSD’s facilities and is updating the Regional Model to account for Climate Change impacts.
