Mike Tippin

Mike Tippin P.E., leads the Stormwater Engineering Center for the City of Virginia Beach’s Department of Public Works. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and graduated from Old Dominion University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. After graduation Mike worked in private consulting for 13 years before joining the City of Virginia Beach Department of Public Works in 2013.
