Leo John Arnett

Leo John Arnett is the Policy Advisor at GNO, Inc., serving on the organization’s Public Policy Team. He manages the organization’s infrastructure, coastal, and energy policy operations, which encompasses preparing recommendations for policy options to implement at the Federal and State level and conducting research.  In this position, Leo John managed the day-to-day operations of CEO Michael Hecht and GNO, Inc. as the Super Bowl LIX Infrastructure and Economic Development Coordinator.  This position provided him with valuable experience in infrastructure and transportation construction, coordinating, and policy.  Leo John serves on the Louisiana Clean Hydrogen Task Force, as well as the City of New Orleans Central Business District Historic District Landmarks Commission.
